FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Ng Sai Ping Saipen, the design director of L Vogue Design, has unveiled the "Homey with Miffy" residential apartment design, a 606-square-foot space located in Cypress Garden, Homantin, Hong Kong. The project, completed in July 2020, is a testament to the seamless integration of natural wood and modern Japanese design elements.
The apartment features a floor-to-ceiling cabinet that creates a semi-open space, seamlessly flowing into the living area while maintaining separation from the entrance corridor. The design is centered around the concept of providing a warm and welcoming home, incorporating the client's affinity for natural wood finishes and modern Japanese design elements.
The project utilized walnut wood extensively to evoke a sense of natural warmth, complemented by contrasting oak wood and concrete elements on the ceiling and floor. By skillfully blending various shades of brown and earth tones, the design team transformed the compact space into a comfortable and resort-like living environment, offering a serene retreat within the bustling urban landscape.
