ARIS-IMR: Intelligent Inventory Management Robot

Youibot Robotics and SF Supply Chain have collaboratively launched ARIS-IMR, an intelligent inventory management robot designed to revolutionize inventory tracking in high-level warehouses. Traditional manual inventory tracking in large warehouses often leads to inefficiencies, data lag, and chaotic management. The ARIS-IMR aims to address these challenges by offering an autonomous inventory tracking solution for warehouses with high racks, covering nearly 30,000 square meters with up to 15 meters of high racks within 11.5 hours.

The ARIS-IMR is equipped with advanced features such as lifting modules, dynamic slam, 3D laser obstacle avoidance, and a large database, enabling it to perform inventory tracking tasks continuously during both daytime and night. This innovative solution allows for remote task issuance, autonomous task execution, and the generation of comprehensive task reports, significantly reducing the need for on-site labor.

The development of ARIS-IMR was driven by the need to address the challenges posed by manual inventory tracking in super huge warehouses, chaotic material management, and low-level informationization. The solution represents a significant milestone in the global warehousing industry, offering a transformative approach to intelligent inventory management.
