Van Gogh Earrings: A Blossoming Tribute
Larissa Moraes introduces a stunning collection of earrings inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's "Almond Tree in Blossom" canvas. The delicate branches and gradient shades of pink flowers are beautifully captured in these 18k gold earrings adorned with pink diamonds, morganites, pink sapphires, and pink tourmalines.
Handcrafted with precision, the earrings boast a perfect trim and innovative use of different gemstones, formats, and shades of pink. The lightweight design, ergonomic fit, and durability make these earrings a timeless addition to any jewelry collection.
Each earring weighs 7.32 grams and measures 6.5mm in length and 2.4mm in width. The project, which commenced in September 2019, was completed in January 2020 in Brasilia, Brazil.
Despite challenges in sourcing specific gemstones, Larissa Moraes overcame obstacles to create a masterpiece that captures the essence of Van Gogh's art. The earrings embody the arrival of spring in the form of a jewel, reflecting the designer's passion for creativity and craftsmanship.
