Qing Jing Lin Co., Ltd presents Barclay, a residential space designed to integrate the client's needs with the natural environment. With a focus on cozy traffic flows, space arrangement, color schemes, furniture, and adornments, Barclay aims to create a comfortable living environment.
The project, covering a lot size of 6877.31 square meters and a floor area of 2702.57 square meters, embodies the spirit of three generations of wood, led by Chairman Lin Conglin, and an outstanding design team.
Barclay's design incorporates the Deltas intake ventilation fan, utilizing a positive pressure system to filter PM 2.5 particles and reduce electricity consumption by 60% compared to AC motors. The design also addresses water retention and rainwater discharge, contributing to sustainable living.
