Bund Villa, a project by GND N+ Design / Fenhom Design, is a sales center that embodies the beauty of life and freedom, drawing inspiration from the growth of nature under the night sky. The project, located in Huzhou, China, was completed in April 2021.

Bund Villa is a transformative sales center that reflects the designer's vision of the growth of everything under the night sky. By integrating the beauty of life in "butterflies" and "plants," the project presents a unique interpretation of life and freedom, showcasing multiple functions and unique styles of space.
The project covers an area of 1048 sqm and utilizes common materials in unconventional ways, prioritizing atmosphere, details, and simplicity to create a compelling spatial experience.
Responding to the concept of sustainable development, the project adopts a new mode of "pre-evaluation plus pre-treatment" to ensure green indoor air quality, setting a new standard for environmentally conscious design.
