Chung Chi Yuen Kason introduces Bellagio, a remarkable open-plan living space design that embodies the essence of modern living. Inspired by the desire of a Hong Kong couple to renovate their home for future retirement, the project commenced in July 2021 and was completed in September 2021.

The 950-square-foot space includes 1 bedroom, closet, open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a living area, meticulously designed to reflect the clients' living habits and aspirations for the future.

The open-plan design unleashes the space's potential, creating a bright and expansive visual experience that broadens horizons and enhances the sense of space.

Open-plan design allows natural light to penetrate from different angles, creating a heightened sense of space and freedom. The use of dark wood tones and grey marble with clean vein lines enriches the visual appeal, while the incorporation of wood and stone elements adds warmth and character to the living space.

In the living room, a carefully positioned electric stove and elegantly designed glass doors with wood patterns evoke a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and comfort.

Kason Chung's emphasis on spatial planning and the creative use of wood as a balancing element demonstrates a commitment to enhancing the quality of life through thoughtful design.
