Designer Carina Lin Showcases The Eclipse, a Unique Wabi-Sabi Apartment

Carina Lin, the founder of Thinkmore design, introduces The Eclipse, a modern Wabi-Sabi apartment in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Inspired by the Japanese aesthetics of Wabi-Sabi, this residential space embodies imperfection, asymmetry, and simplicity, offering occupants a serene environment to reflect on life's essence.

The Eclipse, spanning 82 square meters, features a mineral painting technique that creates irregular shapes and enhances the Wabi-Sabi atmosphere. The living room, themed in natural ochre, and the bedroom, adorned with diverse mineral paintings, provide a tranquil retreat for occupants.

Utilizing recycled wood furniture, the design aligns with sustainability principles, integrating natural elements to evoke a sense of being surrounded by nature. The Eclipse is a testament to Carina Lin's dedication to creating spaces that bring peace and spiritual longing to their occupants.
