Renowned Designer Kuan-Chiao Chen Transforms Rehabilitation Clinic in Taipei with Unique Interior Design
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Kuan-Chiao Chen, a distinguished designer, has unveiled a groundbreaking project, "Green Moving Rhythms," which redefines the concept of medical care spaces. Located in Taipei, Taiwan, this innovative rehabilitation clinic features a retro, tranquil, and stylish ambiance, setting it apart from traditional clinics. The space, spanning 130 square meters, incorporates a small-scaled yoga exercise classroom and a VIP massage room, alongside the conventional reception desk, waiting area, and consulting room.
The design concept revolves around the color green, symbolizing medical care, with a focus on a sophisticated algae green hue, complemented by rose gold accents and soft lighting. The use of clear glass partitions enhances visual penetrativity, creating a sense of openness within the compact space. The reception desk, irregularly shaped treat-waiting chair, and PVC flooring, designed with varying cuttings and contrasting colors, contribute to the unique aesthetic of the clinic.
One of the most distinctive features of "Green Moving Rhythms" is the incorporation of sports rehabilitation into the treatment space, departing from the typical layout of rehabilitation centers. This innovative approach aims to provide a more relaxed and visually stimulating environment for patients undergoing therapeutic treatments. The project, completed on March 10, 2019, has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in 2020, celebrating its outstanding creativity and contribution to enhancing quality of life.
