Rurutiki In White Earth

Renowned designer Summer Chang Hin Cheong has unveiled a groundbreaking e-commerce office space, Rurutiki, inspired by the earth's ecology and the concept of environmental protection. The office space, spanning 1105 square meters, is designed to provide a relaxed and natural working environment for employees, drawing inspiration from the horseshoe, the earth's ecology, and the environmental protection concept of Singapore Changi Airport.

The design theme reflects the journey of Rurutiki, a beautiful horse running on the white earth, capturing various scenic elements such as jungle, oasis, and ocean. The use of earth tone colors, plants, wood, stone, oasis, ocean, and coral elements creates a relaxing and productive work environment, setting it apart as a unique e-commerce office space.

Incorporating the concept of the horseshoe arc into the interior shape, the main plate molding is treated with white cement, complemented by a combination of real and artificial plants for a refreshing ambiance. The project, located in Puncak Alam, Malaysia, commenced in November 2020 and is set to conclude in November 2021.
