Adley Fixi T1: A Fusion of Cycling Passion and Timekeeping Precision
Jordan Wang, a trained architect and passionate cyclist, introduces the Adley Fixi T1, a distinctive timepiece that seamlessly blends the simplicity and complexity of fixed-gear cycling with high-end components and modern watch manufacturing processes. The watch's design, from the dial to the case profile, is a nod to the world of cycling, complemented by durable and sustainable materials.
The Adley Fixi T1 features a 316L stainless steel case manufactured using CNC machining, with a bespoke 20mm wide rubber strap inspired by cycling handlebars. The watch boasts 10 ATM water resistance and is powered by the NH35 mechanical movement, emphasizing longevity and reduced waste compared to battery-powered watches.
Throughout the three-year design process, Wang utilized Revit and Rhino 3D rendering, 3D printing, and multiple prototype rounds to ensure the watch met every expectation. The final product is a testament to Wang's dedication to creating a timepiece that resonates with cycling enthusiasts and watch aficionados alike.
