Yun Park Sales Office Design by Yongna Sheng

Yongna Sheng, a prominent designer, has unveiled the innovative sales office design for Yun Park in Tianjin. The sales office, inspired by the Chinese literati temperament of "Wen Wen Er Ya," features a dome made of overlapping geometric shapes, exuding a romantic and eternal ambiance. The space integrates geometric stitching patterns and streamline interweaving, creating a dynamic yet simple and generous atmosphere.

The project, located in Xiqing District of Tianjin, adjacent to the city's largest wetland park, draws inspiration from the Chinese garden, seamlessly integrating emptiness and tranquility. The transparent glass building facade of "Shuixi Yunlu" offers a glimpse of the corridor and hidden landscape, providing a space bearing of "identifying thousands of pursuits in a square inch."

Spanning an area of 850 square meters, the sales office design embodies Jinmen culture, unbounded space, arc flow, stamen, and nature, creating a unique and immersive experience for visitors.

Commencing in February 2022 and set for completion in April 2022, the project reflects meticulous material selection and a commitment to showcasing the Tianjin spirit through interior design. The design team overcame creative and technical challenges, incorporating a bright green Ma Ruiqi sofa and natural luxury stone tabletop to elevate the space's visual appeal and texture.

Yongna Sheng, with 17 years of design experience, has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to modern design, emphasizing functionalism and creating distinct temperaments for different projects. The Sales Office of Yunlu, Shuixi, Tianjin, stands as a testament to the fusion of urban culture and nature, showcasing Sheng's progressive international vision and innovative spirit.
