FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Noble Energy's office design in Herzliya, Israel, is a unique blend of form and function, drawing inspiration from the geometry, materiality, and color scheme of the gas platform. The design features exposed ceilings painted in deep blue to simulate the sea, with galvanized pipes and suspended mesh ceilings creating an ambiance reminiscent of the gas platform.
The architecture of the floors is narrow and long, with employee rooms located along the perimeter windows to ensure natural light. Each floor is characterized by a specific color, enhancing orientation and creating a vibrant work environment. The project is a LEED GOLD candidate, emphasizing the use of recycled materials and reflecting Noble's commitment to sustainability.
Spanning over 8 floors and 13,000 square meters, the offices include a main lobby, meeting rooms, and office floors. The design encourages employee interaction in public spaces, such as cafeterias and collaboration areas, fostering a dynamic work environment.
Michal Leitner, the head designer, and the interior design team meticulously integrated elements from the gas drilling process into the office design, creating a unique and inspiring workspace that reflects Noble Energy's corporate culture and commitment to employee well-being.
The office design was awarded the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding creativity and impact on the world of interior design.
