Hannover Re Office Design Unveiled in Kuala Lumpur

Box Design Studio Sdn Bhd is proud to present the innovative office design for Hannover Re, a leading reinsurance group, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The 30,000 square-feet, two-storey office space embodies a holistic approach to workplace design, focusing on sustainability and employee well-being. The design aims to strengthen collaboration, express the organization's brand identity, and reshape the way people perceive human-centered work environments.

The modern office features a curvy and sleek interior, promoting a sense of suaveness and sophistication. The space incorporates a mix of formal and informal open areas, retreats, and collaboration spaces, fostering communication and teamwork within the workplace.

Utilizing advanced design realization technology, the office boasts a floating reception island with an outstanding infinity illusion, reflecting shades of blue and the corporate logo. The seamless circulation throughout the space is achieved through complementary curvy lines in the floor and ceiling design, while different flooring and finishes effectively segregate various zones.

At the heart of the office, the Head of Department (HOD) section is strategically located for centralized zone planning, providing excellent access to resources and natural daylight. The incorporation of indoor greenery not only enhances the overall well-being but also serves as a privacy divider with storage space, contributing to a bright and airy atmosphere.

The project, which commenced in February 2020 and concluded in August 2020, has successfully integrated urban working culture with innovative design elements, reflecting Hannover Re's professionalism, values, and image.
