Li Tsan Hen's Minimalist Elegance is a residential apartment design located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, finished in July 2018, and awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020.

Minimalist Elegance
The Minimalist Elegance residential apartment, designed by Li Tsan Hen, embodies classical modesty and delicate sophistication, featuring low color saturations and classical languages. The property spans 201.6 square meters and showcases a seamless integration of indoor spaces.
The design's unique features include exquisite flora wall panels, a gorgeous marble floor, and a Scottish gray marble TV wall. The open-style study room, adorned with shimmering materials, and the dining room, featuring slanted wall-mounted wine racks, highlight the classical allure of the design.
Li Tsan Hen's design challenges were overcome with brilliant design skills, resulting in a harmonious blend of classical and contemporary elements. The project was completed in July 2018 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020.
