Yi Tonghua's Dowell Insight Sales Center is a captivating fusion of classical British style and modern fashion, inspired by the elegance of red brick buildings. The 1300 square meter space in Guiyang, China, completed in March 2019, embodies the theme of Afternoon Tea in Kensington, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere for visitors.

The sales center features a symmetrical lobby adorned with carefully arranged lighting to outline the Union Flag, while the negotiation area is separated by an arched European-style partition. The space exudes a comfortable and relaxing ambiance, with intricate details such as sweet magnolias, an antique clock, and a fountain sculpture, all highlighting British romance.

Yi Tonghua's design approach simplifies traditional European architecture while retaining classical outlines and circular arches. By integrating modern design skills with historical symbols, the space presents a fresh and distinctive British atmosphere within an elegant structure.
