Float: A Delicate and Minimalist Illumination

Kinknot introduces the Float Pendant Lamp, a delicate and minimalist luminaire that exudes a poetic and dynamic mood, filling surroundings with beautiful and warm light. The lamp, inspired by architecture and nature, creates a beautiful tension with its floating shade between two cylindrical parts.

Shaped using aluminum sheet bending technology, the lamp features turned and milled aluminum components, with an LED light source and a pmma diffuser. The lamp, with a diameter of 1200mm and a height of 170mm, weighs 11kg and operates at 18.4W, 3000K, RA86.

The lamp, designed by Adomas Rimselis and Tadas Antanavicius, is delivered fully assembled and hangs from the ceiling on two anchor points. It is controlled by a standard switch or dimmer and was put into serial production in Kaunas, Lithuania, in 2019.
