JSD SPACE DESIGN introduces the innovative Yuanfang Fine Club, a 745-square-meter commercial space in Beijing, completed in May 2018. The design reimagines the traditional real estate sales office, infusing it with the essence of a seaside vacation to create a multi-dimensional urban club experience.
The club integrates vacation experiences, food culture, art enjoyment, children's space, and bar afternoon tea, subverting the conventional urban lifestyle. The space features a front desk highlighted by a large fish tank, wave-inspired architectural elements, and a computer negotiation area with real-time interconnection technology.
The project's standout features include a giant modern tree structure, a bow-shaped bar, a VIP room with an arc-shaped electric glass wall, and a children's district designed to evoke innocence and delight. The design's streamlined art decoration and soft tones eliminate the cold and hard touch, creating a welcoming and immersive environment.
