Oktoflex Premium: The Ultimate Flexographic Printing Press

The Oktoflex Premium flexographic press is the result of a comprehensive design-based product development project by Varga-Flexo Ltd, led by Laszlo Nemeth. The press was designed to establish an optimal connection between man and machine in terms of operation, handling, maintenance, and servicing. It integrates formal, visual, and functional elements in line with the principles of Industry 4.0.

The machine, consisting of over 22,000 parts, utilizes a wide range of materials and manufacturing technologies to achieve its exceptional performance. With a printing width of 500-1200 mm, printing speed of 300/450 m/min, and the ability to handle various materials, the Oktoflex Premium sets a new standard in flexographic printing.

Laszlo Nemeth's design philosophy focused on the harmonious integration of the press into its operational environment. The control panels and audit areas are ergonomically arranged and integrated into the housing, ensuring a user-friendly experience for operators. The design project overcame challenges to convey a feeling of performance and quality through high aesthetic value, offering a forward-looking and attractive alternative for customers in the printing industry.

Recognized with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in Manufacturing and Processing Machinery Design in 2021, the Oktoflex Premium stands out as a trendsetting creation that embodies extraordinary excellence, significantly impacting the world with its desirable characteristics.
