Brewster 5000: The Ultimate Pour-Over Coffee Experience

Brewster 5000 is a compact automatic one-cup pour-over coffee maker that delivers the highest quality coffee with every brew. Its circular water flow and elementary interface ensure an intuitive and easy-to-use experience, while the keep warm feature maintains the brewed coffee's temperature for later enjoyment. The inclusion of disposable paper coffee cones enhances convenience and cleanliness in the brewing process.

The main body of Brewster 5000 is constructed from polypropylene, ensuring durability and heat resistance. The water flow is facilitated by a vibratory pump with 4-bar pressure, and a circular heating tube efficiently boils the water. The capacitive touch switch and tank seal with flow piston contribute to the user-friendly interface and water flow control. With dimensions of 150 x 150 x 355 and a 550ml water reservoir capacity, Brewster 5000 is designed to fit seamlessly into any home coffee setup.

Designed to cater to the needs of freelancers and individuals working from home, Brewster 5000 simplifies the coffee brewing process, offering a quality cup of coffee directly on the user's desk. The meticulously researched and designed features, such as the circular water flow and disposable paper coffee cones, elevate the pour-over coffee experience, setting Brewster 5000 apart from traditional drip coffee methods.

Abishek Senthil, the lead designer of Brewster 5000, along with Vanshika Singhi and Tanvi Supe, embarked on the design journey in March 2021, culminating in the completion of the project in June 2021 in India. The design process involved extensive user research, experimentation with 3D printed prototypes, and adherence to international standards for filter cone size, coffee mug compatibility, and water reservoir capacity.

Recognizing its exceptional design and practical innovation, Brewster 5000 was honored with the Iron A' Design Award in the Home Appliances category in 2022. This prestigious accolade acknowledges the product's professional and industrial excellence, affirming its contribution to a better world through industry best practices and competent technical characteristics.
