Modern Minimalist Living Space "The One Palace" Unveiled by Xukun Real Estate

Xukun Real Estate introduces "The One Palace," a modern minimalist living space in Xi'an, China. Inspired by modern minimalist lifestyle, the space features a functional and luxurious interior design, offering a comfortable and elegant house with two living rooms, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

Constructed with gray wood finish and natural stone, the living space is adorned with orange leather furniture and metal finishes, reflecting Italian aesthetics. The open living, dining, and cooking areas create a flexible space for communication and family activities, while the study room maintains interaction with other areas when open and forms a quiet working space when closed.

The project, which started in May 2019 and finished in November 2020, is the first national-level aquatic ecosystem in Northwest China, boasting a good ecological environment. The design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021 for its well-designed, practical, and innovative features.
