niandi xu's YINI Design team unveils a groundbreaking project, 4000 Light, a futuristic hot pot restaurant in Taiguli Business District, Chengdu, China, combining avant-garde art and interactive technology to revolutionize the dining experience.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
4000 Light is a cutting-edge hot pot restaurant designed to cater to the tastes of the young and fashionable. The project is a testament to the innovative vision of niandi xu, who has seamlessly integrated light and shade as the core design elements, creating a visually stunning and immersive dining space.
The restaurant's unique selling point lies in the use of YINI IP image interaction technology, which enables the creation of captivating visual changes and a highly personalized interactive experience for patrons, setting it apart from traditional dining establishments.
The interior area spans 1000 square meters and features three distinct spatial characteristics: an art hall, a wormhole, and a time channel, each meticulously designed to offer a one-of-a-kind dining ambiance.
Innovative Technology and Design Realization
niandi xu's team has leveraged advanced technology and meticulous design to bring 4000 Light to life. The project boasts a sophisticated interplay of light and shade, with a focus on specular reflection materials to create mesmerizing visual effects. The use of digital image projection technology and YINI IP image interaction technology has allowed for the creation of a dynamic and immersive dining environment at a relatively low cost.
The restaurant's operational indicators include serving 255 meals, with a kitchen area comprising 14% of the total space. Additionally, the ambient air quality is maintained at a high standard, with an air volume updated by 100,000m3/h to ensure a comfortable dining experience for patrons.
Interactive Dining Experience
4000 Light redefines the traditional dining experience by introducing a two-way interaction between patrons and the space. By breaking the conventional barriers of space construction and incorporating light and shade as integral elements, the restaurant allows patrons to influence and experience visual changes throughout the space, fostering a unique sense of integration and interaction with the environment.
Project Duration and Recognition
The design process for 4000 Light commenced in June 2018, with construction and decoration taking place from August 2018 to March 2019. The project has garnered significant acclaim, earning the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2020 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category, recognizing its exceptional creativity and impact on the industry.
