Illustration Series "Precious Lives" by Yang Yunjia

Renowned designer Yang Yunjia has unveiled a compelling poster set titled "Precious Lives," shedding light on the dire state of marine life and the pressing need for conservation efforts. The series, inspired by the protection of marine life, utilizes a combination of high-level drawing skills and advanced software to convey the urgency of protecting marine ecosystems.

The posters depict marine creatures such as sea turtles, jellyfish, and whales entangled in thin red ropes, symbolizing the impact of human-generated waste on these majestic creatures. Through a blend of modern software technology and high-level printing, the illustrations aim to raise public awareness about the environmental threats faced by marine life.

Measuring 800mm (H) x 800mm (W), the posters are a striking visual representation of the challenges faced by marine creatures, urging viewers to reflect on their responsibility towards environmental protection and sustainable development. The series was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its creative ingenuity and contribution to raising awareness about marine conservation.
