FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Ten Thousand to One Exhibition at Siam Center in Bangkok is a showcase of thesis projects created by seniors of the Communication Design Program at Mahidol University International College. The exhibition integrates visual identity concepts through the use of illustration, color, and key graphics to connect all projects and create an inspired atmosphere for visitors. The exhibition will take place from 20th to 22nd November 2020.
The exhibition features a series of materials and publications created with the Ten Thousand to One visual identity, including on and offline publications, an identity system, poster designs, promotional virals, animated clips, typography designs, environmental graphic designs for wayfinding systems and stage designs, as well as an event booklet, gift, and souvenir designs.
The project, which started in September 2019 and finished in August 2020, was led by Poovakorn Watcharaphongphiphat and his team of graphic designers. The goal was to create a visual identity that not only captures the unique characteristics of the projects but also projects a friendly and inspired atmosphere for visitors, aiming to inspire appreciation for creative works among the audience.
Poovakorn Watcharaphongphiphat, originally from Mueang Samut Sakhon, Thailand, led the creative team in the development of the exhibition's visual identity, which was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022 for its outstanding and creatively ingenious designs.
