ASD Interior Design CO.,LTD introduces Shang Long Funeral Home, a contemporary space redefining funeral homes with a tranquil and warm atmosphere. The funeral home offers end-of-life ceremonies with a whole new concept, featuring warm light and subdued colors, creating a peaceful and comfortable space for family and friends. The space is designed to provide a spacious walking area, symbolizing completeness and wholeness with a circle behind the counter. Shang Long Funeral Home is a 400 square meter space that includes a reception, rest area, private room, worship areas, Buddha Halls, and a restroom. The design is realized using steel brushed veneer, system cabinets, marble tiles, and other materials to create a warm and peaceful environment. The funeral home is designed with a human-centered approach, offering heartwarming customized memorial services and a tranquil atmosphere for remembrance. The project was completed in December 2021 in Taipei City, Taiwan.

The funeral home features a contemporary and simple design, with a focus on creating a warm and peaceful space. The space is adorned with peaceful and calming colors, marble, and earthy tones, embodying a simple and pure brand image. The warm wood and curved walls create a humanistic common area, while the Buddha Halls offer a solemn and stately environment for worshipping ceremonies. The main entrance is designed with simple lines and wall materials of different textures, creating a minimalist entrance that harmonizes with the interior and exterior. Shang Long Funeral Home aims to provide a tranquil and comforting space for individuals to remember their loved ones with love and peace.

ASD Interior Design CO.,LTD specializes in mansion style shaping and forward-looking space planning, offering residential, commercial, and office design services. Don Wang, the designer behind Shang Long Funeral Home, is based in Taipei City, Taiwan. The design was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2023, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.
