Monad Terrace Residential Apartment by Rita Chraibi

International Designer Rita Chraibi has unveiled the interiors of the first completed residence at Monad Terrace in Miami Beach. The 5,193 square-foot residential apartment, designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel and JDS Development Group, highlights Rita's signature style, fusing interior and fashion design to humanize the space. Inspired by haute couture fashion icon Jean Paul Gaultier’s collection for Roche Bobois, Rita curated furniture designs exclusively from this collection, creating a unique ode to the fashion house.

The residence seamlessly compliments the interior, exterior, and landscape architecture of Nouvel, showcasing Rita's expertise in blending interior and fashion design. The project was completed in January 2020 and is located in Miami South Beach, offering a luxurious waterfront living experience.

Rita Chraibi, known for her European design expertise and French “Art de Vivre” influence, brings modern, luxury designs to residential and hospitality projects in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Her design firm, International Designers, emphasizes diligence and attention to detail as the highest pillars of the design process, resulting in projects that reflect unparalleled beauty and convey unique stories.
