BLS World Trade Center: Redefining Haining's Skyline

SEA Design Group has unveiled the BLS World Trade Center, a revolutionary mixed-use complex in Eastern China. The 268m-high tower, featuring a unique all-glass curtain wall system, is set to become the tallest building in Haining, offering a blend of office spaces and a five-star hotel. The project aims to stimulate growth and vitality in the region by integrating art, technology, and nature into its design.

Designed to balance economy with urban context, the BLS World Trade Center incorporates a series of novel, fun spaces, emphasizing flexibility, variability, and fusion between spaces. The tower's design approach ensures compatibility between high-cost, long-lifespan spaces and constant technological development, setting a new standard for CBD-based landmark architecture.

The complex also includes podiums housing commercial facilities, a conference center, and a media center, creating a mixed-use cultural and business center that integrates ecology, industry, tourism, and leisure. The project is located in Haining, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China, and is expected to be completed by December 2023.
