First Digital Trust Office, designed by kirin+labs ltd, is a revolutionary new generation office space located in Lippo Center, Hong Kong. Inspired by the company's core business in the blockchain industry and digital assets, the design embodies a forward-thinking approach to workplace culture, integrating innovative solutions tailored to the post-pandemic era. The office boasts a range of modern features, including a NFT art gallery, zoom room, phone booths, and open-plan workstations, reflecting the company's commitment to cutting-edge design and functionality.

The office's unique properties lie in its emphasis on fluidity and simplicity in circulation, cleverly separating two companies' staff areas while sharing common facilities. The layout ensures a clear demarcation between the public guest area and the general staff area, with the public guest area serving as a connector to link and separate the two companies' working areas simultaneously.

Utilizing natural materials such as stone, wood, and charcoal grey metal, with accents of the company's corporate blue, the design exudes an energetic yet professional image. The office pays homage to its iconic location by preserving the original hexagonal columns of the floor plate in a fair-faced concrete finish, creating a captivating contrast between the old and new.

The office, spanning approximately 1100sqm, features a spacious gallery-like waiting area that doubles as an NFT art gallery, a dedicated Zoom room for web meetings, and a panoramic pantry area offering breathtaking views of the Hong Kong skyline.

Designed to reflect the evolving demands of the blockchain industry, the First Digital Trust Office sets a new standard for modern workplace design, seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology and functional elegance.
