EUCA Culture and Communications Co. Ltd. introduces a new brand logo for Jiangmen Culture and Tourism, inspired by the city's rich heritage and designed to attract overseas Chinese visitors.

EUCA Culture and Communications Co. Ltd. has unveiled a new brand logo for Jiangmen Culture and Tourism, drawing inspiration from the city's historical significance as the hometown of many overseas Chinese. The logo, designed to attract overseas Chinese visitors, incorporates elements from the cityscape, architecture, cultural heritage, landscape, and plants of Jiangmen. The design is a fusion of the traditional Chinese character "Men," meaning gate, and the structure of the memorial archway, symbolizing the city's welcoming nature.
The project, which took place from June 2019 to April 2020 in Shanghai, China, presented unique challenges due to Jiangmen's complex history and the need to equally represent the highlights of its four counties and three districts. To ensure a consistent brand visual identity, EUCA Culture and Communications Co. Ltd. provided a brand identity guideline and conducted a training session, demonstrating various applications of the logo across different mediums.
The official logo launch event and the release of an advertising video via omni-channel communication channels aimed to effectively communicate the new visual identity to the target audience. The project was recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, acknowledging its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authentically represents the city's heritage and aims to attract tourists.
