YAY CONCEPT Unveils Wetland Seasons Park, a Luxurious Residential Project

YAY CONCEPT presents Wetland Seasons Park, an 892 sq. ft. luxury residential apartment located beside the Hong Kong Wetland Reserve, offering a serene and tranquil environment. The design concept focuses on creating a luxurious holiday home with a sense of intimacy and serenity, perfect for vacations and family gatherings. The project was realized in 2021, showcasing sophisticated elements such as textured botanical wallpaper, marble stone, bronze metal handles, and lacquer display shelves to accentuate the design.

The apartment features a master bedroom designed in light wood color with a rattan headboard and pair of bedside lamps, creating a natural and elegant space atmosphere. The living and dining areas are adorned with textured botanical wallpaper, light veneer, and bronze steel, providing a rich visual highlight. To address Feng Shui concerns, the designer incorporated exquisite curves and wall paneling under the exposed overhead beam, offering a visual respite and avoiding sleeping directly under beams.

One of the remarkable challenges overcome in the design process was enhancing the small living zone to appear larger and open up the view. This was achieved by removing a one-bedroom and transforming it into an open dining zone. The open-plan living and dining area takes full advantage of the marvelous view of the wetland scape, with a full-width balcony glass wall allowing ample natural light to create a sense of openness and transparency. The TV island cabinet and timber portal with wall sconces were strategically designed to create visual focus and boundary, adding to the separation of spaces.

Yuna Au Yeung, the Design Director at YAY CONCEPT, brings over 18 years of experience in the interior design industry to the project. Her expertise in spatial sense and sophisticated details is evident in the design, which has been recognized with the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2022. YAY CONCEPT continues to excel in delivering well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements, contributing to a better world.
