"The Gatherings" - A Modern Residential Design Project

DECO Design proudly introduces "The Gatherings," a sophisticated residential project tailored for a wealthy three-generation family in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. Spanning 264 square meters, this project seamlessly integrates Chinese Feng Shui principles, high-quality materials, and modern design aesthetics to create a comfortable and luxurious living space.

The design showcases exquisite Italian imported thin slabs, marble, and steel patterned veneer in the public areas, harmonizing with the surrounding natural elements to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. With a focus on individual preferences, the layout encompasses an entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, eight bedrooms, and four bathrooms within an interior area of approximately 198 square meters.

Integrating traditional Chinese Feng Shui principles, the design team meticulously planned the layout and circulation to ensure a suitable living space for the entire family. Additionally, the incorporation of hidden door designs, modern technology, and smart devices enhances the functionality of the space, creating an ideal home for the family of eight.

The project faced challenges in accommodating the traditional beliefs and living habits of the family members, as well as addressing water leakage issues. However, through innovative engineering processes and meticulous planning, these challenges were effectively overcome, resulting in a harmonious and comfortable living space.

DECO Design's "The Gatherings" has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in 2021, highlighting its practicality, innovation, and adherence to industry best practices. This project stands as a testament to the firm's commitment to creating exceptional, functional, and aesthetically pleasing residential spaces.
