Zen Mood is a flexible and sustainable modular house concept designed by Francisco Eduardo Sá and Felipe Savassi in Florianópolis, Brazil, inspired by minimalist and industrialized construction methods.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Focused on the concept of modular minimalist houses, Zen Mood is a contemporary and sustainable project that offers flexible and creative spaces. The design draws inspiration from the clean and sophisticated lines of Wikkel House, integrating metallic elements, wood, and glass in neutral colors that blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.
Zen Mood stands out for its flexibility and ease of assembly, with the ability to be installed in just one day. The project showcases a sustainable approach through its industrialized construction method, featuring a steel frame structure with exterior finishing of ACM panels, interior finishing of plywood, and a core of thermoacoustic insulation.
Each module measures 3.20 x 6.00 meters, offering adaptability and functionality. The design's unique properties lie in its ability to create various shapes and uses, such as homes, offices, or showrooms, making it a versatile architectural solution. The project has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2020, highlighting its outstanding expertise and innovation in the field of architecture and building design.
Felipe Savassi, an architect specializing in sustainable construction, and Francisco Eduardo Sá, an industrial designer turned architect, have combined their expertise to bring Zen Mood to life. Their collaborative effort has resulted in a patented design that exemplifies excellence in contemporary modular architecture.
