Vanke City Stylish Sales Center

Neville Yung, the renowned designer, has unveiled the Vanke City Stylish Sales Center, a captivating blend of old and new elements within an old building in Anshan City, Liaoning Province, China. The project, which was realized from May 2016 to October 2016, showcases a modern design positioning symbolized by geometric elements, while retaining the memories of old times in a new atmosphere.

The Sales Exhibition Center spans 800 square meters and stands out for its innovative approach to retaining the original decoration in the old building. The design team used a large amount of encapsulation to protect the original decoration structure and objects, showcasing a harmonious blend of the old and new.

Utilizing environmentally-friendly materials such as LG wood decorative film, metal, artificial stone, and artificial greenery, the project demonstrates a commitment to sustainability and innovation. The design's unique properties and realization technology reflect a dedication to preserving the building's heritage while infusing it with a modern, youthful ambiance.

Neville Yung's Sales Exhibition Center is a testament to the designer's ability to overcome creative, technical, and research challenges within a short timeframe. The project was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its practical, innovative, and industry-leading design.
