Andaluz Skincare introduces a new line of artisanal packaging inspired by the historic ceramic tiles of the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain, designed by Jason Bourguinon and Rebekah Pantaléon.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Andaluz Skincare unveils a new line of artisanal packaging, drawing inspiration from the intricate ceramic tiles of the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain. The packaging, designed by Jason Bourguinon and Rebekah Pantaléon, reflects the rich heritage of Andalusia, celebrating its unique geography, architecture, and history. The secondary packaging design for Andaluz Skincare incorporates modern, innovative flourishes while staying true to the ancient decorative patterns and geologically-inspired colors of Moorish tiles.
The cylindrical packaging, created using Illustrator and printed on cardboard, serves both aesthetic and practical purposes. It not only distinguishes the Andaluz Skincare brand in retail spaces but also provides protection for the glass bottles during shipping and handling. Additionally, it doubles as an enclosure for brochure material and offers an extra layer of protection for the sensitive natural ingredients from light and heat exposure.
Jason Bourguinon and Rebekah Pantaléon's design was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding creativity and incorporation of best practices in art, science, design, and technology. The packaging is a testament to the designers' dedication to creating unique, visually striking solutions that contribute to improving the quality of life.
