Lvyou Road Jinmao Palace: A Unique Sales Center Concept

Zhen Chu's G-Art Architecture and Interior Design has unveiled the breathtaking Lvyou Road Jinmao Palace, a sales center in Jinan, China. The project, started in April 2019 and completed in October 2019, is a fusion of architectural elegance and natural beauty, drawing inspiration from the surrounding mountains and water. The design team, led by Chief Designer Zhen Chu, transformed an old building into a captivating space that offers visitors a serene and immersive experience.

The interior design of Lvyou Road Jinmao Palace is a testament to the seamless integration of nature and contemporary spaces. The project features a unique blend of ancient Chinese architectural elements, such as brick walls inspired by city fortifications, and modern design concepts. The spatial scenes created within the sales center evoke an illusionary "city of mountains and water," inviting visitors to explore and be captivated by the oriental ambience.

The design's most striking feature is the use of rolling mountain elements and serene passages, which provide a restrained spatial experience that gradually unfolds into an enchanting world, captivating and drawing visitors deeper into the space. The project covers an area of 1500 square meters and is categorized as a sales center, catering to an upscale community.

The transformation of the sales center presented several challenges, including optimizing spatial proportions and raising the storey height with minimal structural changes. Despite these obstacles, the design team successfully achieved the client's vision for generous, open spaces while maintaining a sense of rhythm and playfulness throughout the interior.

Recognizing the exceptional creativity and innovation demonstrated in the design, Lvyou Road Jinmao Palace was awarded the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2020. This accolade highlights the project's outstanding expertise, technical characteristics, and remarkable level of excellence.
