4Paradigm UED has been recognized with a Silver A' Design Award for their Smart Wind Turbine Prediction system, an intelligent operation solution for renewable energy scenarios. Completed in Beijing in 2022, the system is based on the digital base of Industrial IoT and the prediction capability of machine learning models, providing decision support for wind farm intelligent operation and maintenance, turbine start/stop, and fault analysis. The system offers manageability for power generation capacity and enables stable and continuous output through intelligent, decision-driven solutions.

Through the visualization of wind turbine models and data graphs, the system can quickly pinpoint faults in wind turbines, efficiently safeguarding the operations and maintenance process. By utilizing "drag and drop" data and model settings, the system can meet custom settings from various machine learning models, enhancing targeted operations and maintenance trouble-shooting capabilities.

Utilizing 3D visualization modeling, virtual simulation, surveillance visualization, and other technical means, the system intelligently displays the physical reality space in the digital system. This provides interpretable and traceable machine learning capabilities and simulates the logic behind users’ real interactive operations in the physical world. The solution enables enterprise customers to receive fault warnings on average 20 minutes earlier, with an overall model accuracy rate of 81%.
