DESMOOD's Jinjiang Sky Villa Sales Center

DESMOOD introduces the Jinjiang Sky Villa, a sales center inspired by the local cultural characteristics of Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The project reinterprets traditional design elements in an architectural language, blending modern techniques with oriental spirit to create a unique and aesthetically pleasing space. The sales center, completed in 2019, is a fusion of Suzhou garden aesthetics, respect for nature, and a love for the courtyard, offering visitors a serene and pure emotional experience.

Featuring two villas, the sales center boasts a design that enlarges the space and enhances solemnity, with the entrance and sand table area partially raised. The central axis hosts a set of large-scale art lamps shaped like falling flowers, symbolizing dew-dropped hibiscus petals gently swaying in the breeze, creating a visually impactful entrance for guests.

Above the sand table, Chinese-style copper coin decorations serve as the main design elements, adding a sense of finely crafted details. The art gallery on the second floor features three door openings, filling the space with a sense of order and rhythm. The facade uses symmetrical techniques to present a harmonious shape, volume, and color, while the VIP negotiation areas are furnished with various types of leisure furniture from the "Shang Xia," a brand of Hermes Group, creating a fresh and refined space with elegant charm.

DESMOOD's Jinjiang Sky Villa Sales Center is a testament to the company's commitment to integrating local nature, art, culture, and craftsmanship into its designs. The project showcases a courtyard villa property that seamlessly integrates residence and hospitality, reflecting the profound history and traditions of the region.
