Grace Kwai's Lanwan Mansion sales center in Yangzhou, China, draws inspiration from the city's rich 2500-year history, infusing contemporary art with cultural and historical heritage. The space features macaron-colored fairy tale figures, polygonal creature abstractions, and cloud installations, creating a dreamy yet refined atmosphere. The design captures the essence of modern urban life, offering a unique and extraordinary experience.

The sales center boasts unique features such as transparent and colorful polyhedral acrylic sculptures, rainbow-like water bar background walls, and pure white tables and chairs with feather decorations. The self-service water bar encourages public communication and activities, while the VIP room exudes freshness and nature with mint green walls and pure white leather sofas.

Grace Kwai's vision for the Lanwan Mansion sales center is a world full of fantasy, providing a temporary escape from the stress of life. The project was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authentically captures the spirit of modern fairy tales.
