Chia Yu Lin's Lighting Design Transforms High Heel Church into an Immersive Galaxy Experience
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Chia Yu Lin's innovative lighting design has transformed the High Heel Church into a breathtaking galaxy vision, offering a unique immersive experience for visitors. Using 300,000 pieces of glass and 101 lighting fixtures, the structure comes alive with dazzling light flashes during the day and a romantic, starry atmosphere at night. The church, located in Chiayi, Taiwan, stands at 17 meters high and 11 meters wide, certified by the Guinness World Records as the largest building in the shape of a shoe.
The lighting design, controlled by a DMX Art-Net System, creates an immersive performance space, allowing visitors to enjoy a romantic waltz inside the church. Every hour, a captivating light show accompanied by romantic music adds to the enchanting atmosphere, providing a relaxing and immersive experience for all. The innovative use of lighting, sound, and smoke around the space enhances the overall ambiance, making it a must-visit destination for residents and tourists alike.
Chia Yu Lin's exceptional work on the High Heel Church Lighting Design has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2021.
