Beauty Mansion White by Hann Shyang Construction Co., Ltd.

Hann Shyang Construction Co., Ltd. introduces Beauty Mansion White, a two-generation residential masterpiece, blending Chinese tradition with modern practicality. The project, located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, was completed in May 2020.

The design is inspired by the scenic view of Bitan, incorporating the surrounding water, clouds, and trees, creating a visual dance in the water shadows. It caters to the mutual watch-out between the two generations and fosters emotional communication within families.

The design merges seamlessly with the landscape of Bitan in Xindian District and Liugongzun area, incorporating a north-south wind direction and air flow. Natural lighting and eco-friendly materials contribute to sustainability.

The lobby features an installation of an old tree reaching from the ground to the ceiling, symbolizing a link between all households. Additionally, the tiles resemble crayon scribbling on dried canvas, depicting images of mountains and waters.

The green library is built with wood and recyclable metal materials, promoting humidity moderation and phytoncide creation. The space features a top cover that can be withdrawn to generate effective air flow, while the three-sided open window offers views of the garden and natural light.

The ceiling decoration, made with titanium plated metal, transforms water ripples into a glittering ocean wave, enhancing indoor brightness and energy efficiency.
