Renowned designer Rey Yaw unveils Grand Mansion, a groundbreaking model house designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern living spaces. Inspired by the changing dynamics of residential use, the project seamlessly integrates work and leisure, offering a practical and intimate living experience.

Spanning 110 square meters, Grand Mansion challenges traditional design norms by reimagining the living room as a versatile space, replacing conventional furniture with a long table that serves various functions, from breakfast to video conferences and afternoon tea. The design ethos revolves around practicality and adaptability, departing from a singular design logic.

Constructed using artistic paint, environmentally-friendly coiled materials, wood veneer, marble, and brick, Grand Mansion embodies elegance, warmth, and sustainability. The project's realization technology reflects a harmonious blend of natural and exquisite elements, creating a space that exudes vitality and imagination.

Rey Yaw's meticulous attention to detail is evident in the multi-functional dining table and the master bedroom's traditional layout infused with subtle plant-inspired touches. The design seamlessly integrates rest and meditation areas, work and study spaces, and storage and collection zones, catering to the diverse needs of the homeowner.

Grand Mansion's design transcends conventional boundaries, offering a space that fosters creativity, adaptability, and a harmonious coexistence with nature. The project, which commenced in July 2022 and concluded in September 2022 in Guangzhou, reflects Rey Yaw's deep understanding of the evolving urbanite lifestyle and the need for multi-functional living spaces.
