Amit Naor Unveils the Multi Cultural Moka Pot, Celebrating Coffee Traditions from Around the World

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Multi Cultural Moka Pot: Celebrating the Fusion of Turkish Ibrik and Italian MokaPot

Amit Naor, an industrial designer, introduces the Multi Cultural Moka Pot, a unique coffee maker that blends the traditions of Turkish Ibrik and Italian MokaPot, symbolizing the unity of diverse cultures through the love of coffee.

Naor's creation combines the iconic elements of both coffee makers, emphasizing the commonalities between cultures and promoting unity over a cup of coffee. Crafted using metal spinning, silver soldering, laser-cutting, and 3D printing, the Multi Cultural Moka Pot is a fusion of tradition and innovation, measuring 150mm in width, 100mm in depth, and 200mm in height, with a capacity of 4 cups.

The project, initiated in July 2017 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and completed in February 2018 in Tel Aviv, was showcased at the "Baemtsa" group Exhibition in March 2018, Tel Aviv, receiving accolades for its creative and technical prowess.

Inspired by the unifying power of coffee, Naor's design aims to bridge cultural gaps and foster connections, emphasizing the shared love for coffee across different traditions. The Multi Cultural Moka Pot not only serves as a functional coffee maker but also as a symbol of harmony and togetherness, encouraging meaningful conversations and connections over a shared love for coffee.

Amit Naor, known for his emphasis on user experience and cultural connections in his designs, has successfully created a product that not only celebrates the art of coffee making but also promotes cultural understanding and unity.
