Revolutionizing 3D Printing: The New LumiFold TB

Davide Marin introduces the groundbreaking New LumiFold TB, a portable 3D printer that redefines compactness and portability in the realm of 3D printing technology. The New LumiFold TB is the evolution of the previous Lumifold project, presenting a foldable design that utilizes an iPad Tablet as a light source, offering an exceptional resolution on the xy axis of 78 microns.

Most of the parts of the New LumiFold TB are crafted from CNC machined aluminum on 5-axis mills, with the top part being a block of acrylic that has been meticulously milled, polished, and dyed with a UV-blocking pigment. The compact size of 180 x 280 x 80 mm when closed and a 3D printing volume of approximately 100 x 100 x 100 mm make it an ideal choice for on-the-go 3D printing needs.
