FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Atelier Global Limited's Run Science Park in Guangzhou is a groundbreaking endeavor that reimagines the conventional industrial park concept. With a focus on high connectivity and future adaptability, the park encompasses three distinct functions: space for various exhibitions, office, and flexible usages. By reinterpreting traditional industrial parks, the design fosters an open working environment, informal conference areas, and internal facilities, creating a vibrant community with multifunctionality and enhanced connectivity.
Open to a multi-functional platform for communication and sharing, Run Science Park acts as a complex of office, intelligent design, and work-life balance. It serves as a platform for sharing technology information exchange, fostering creativity, and ecological ideas. The park's unique form and characteristics, such as lifting structures off the ground, interlocking and shifting forms, set it apart as an innovative and forward-thinking architectural marvel.
Materials such as glass, aluminum panels, and paint were utilized in the realization of this visionary project, covering an expansive area of 120,000 square meters. The design allocates 75% of the area for office space, 5% for flexible usage, 5% for exhibitions, and 15% for complex space, catering to diverse future needs.
The project overcame numerous challenges, including establishing a versatile office area, infusing vitality into public spaces, creating an ecosystem, and crafting open and semi-open spaces. Run Science Park's design reflects a fusion of technology and ecosystem, with a focus on the combination of nature and scientific development, establishing green smart architecture.
Mr. Frankie Lui, the founder of Atelier Global Limited, has been instrumental in leading the team to accomplish numerous projects in both domestic and overseas markets.
