Bluetown Architects Co., Ltd. Unveils Peach Blossom Future Villa

Bluetown Architects Co., Ltd. introduces the Peach Blossom Future Villa, a residential project inspired by traditional Chinese stilt houses, featuring 56 single-family villas nestled in a mountain scenic area. The design philosophy integrates 'heaven, earth, and humanity,' respecting the existing topography and promoting a sense of lightness through steel-framed structures and a minimal materials palette.

The villas, built with a materials palette of steel, glass, and board finish concrete, offer a seamless blend with the natural environment. The large glass enclosures emphasize the horizontal extension, creating a striking visual effect of glass boxes floating amidst the alpine landscape, delivering a complete design that harmonizes with its natural surroundings.

Constructed in 2020, the Peach Blossom Future Villa project spans a site of 27,250 square meters, with a building area of 7,510 square meters. The design team, led by Feng Sa, Yue Zhao, and other talented architects and engineers, overcame challenges related to preserving the natural environment and addressing the steep terrain, resulting in a remarkable architectural achievement.
