Booxpace: Redefining Hybrid Work Management

Booxpace is an innovative office reservation application tailored for companies embracing the hybrid work model. It allows employees to make reservations, including specific details such as parking and dining options, while also providing real-time capacity status updates. The app fosters a sense of community by enabling users to see their colleagues' reservations in the same area.

Developed for both iOS and Android systems, Booxpace stands out with its user-centric design approach and emphasis on visual communication and interaction design. The application was crafted using a blend of design thinking, user-centered design, and insights gathered from interviews with target users and market research.

Booxpace's unique features include a welcoming home page that showcases a 3D model and the office's capacity, creating a sense of belonging for employees. The app also allows for multi-attendee reservations and provides the option to send invitations to attendees. Users can easily manage their reservations, including editing or canceling them as needed.

Booxpace is the brainchild of Ezgi Gok and Ismail Malcok, who harnessed their expertise and creativity to address the evolving needs of the post-pandemic work environment. The app has already been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Mobile Technologies, Applications, and Software Design category for its exceptional innovation and user-focused approach.
