FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Restoration of a 1960s Old House into a Nature-Infused Pet Biscuit Studio

Jen-Chuan Chang, a dedicated designer from Taoyuan City, Taiwan, has transformed a dilapidated 80-square-meter old house into the innovative Pet Treats Studio. The project, completed in December 2018, aimed to restore the soul of the old house and repurpose it into a nature-infused pet biscuit studio.

The studio features an open wall design, creating a seamless connection with nature, and a multi-functional area with original high ceilings, optimizing natural lighting and ventilation. The use of recycled bricks, stones, and other sustainable materials adds a touch of history and sustainability to the space.

Recipient of the Iron A' Design Award in 2020, this project showcases the fusion of modern and traditional design methods, reflecting Chang's commitment to environmental sustainability and innovative design.
