Kardelen No30: Modern Villa Designed by Seda Kalac

Seda Kalac introduces Kardelen No30, a modern villa designed to harmonize natural and technological materials, creating a timeless and functional living space. The 340 square meter villa was designed to cater to the needs of a family of four and was completed within six months. The design language flows seamlessly from the entrance to the last floor, creating a unified and warm ambiance.

The villa's interior features state-of-the-art materials, including glossy ceramics, natural wooden parquet, paint, wood paneling, and ceramics in various dimensions. The design also involved tearing down and building new walls to create functional spaces such as an open kitchen with a pantry, living room, game room, master bedroom, kid's room, home office, and more.

Despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was successfully completed, with a focus on using local materials and carefully selected imported products. Kardelen No30 is a testament to Seda Kalac's holistic design approach, creating a warm and timeless living space that reflects the individual wishes and needs of the family members.
