Nine Begonia: Embracing Nature and Innovation in Jiujiang

YIMU DESIGN proudly presents Nine Begonia, a reception center project situated in the best school district of Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province. Conceived as a "seed museum," the project aims to create a space where children can connect with nature and explore the joys of life. This unique concept not only serves as an open commercial space for adults but also as a playground that respects and engages children. The project challenges the traditional sales center model by focusing on natural and innovative elements to interpret innocent beauty and create an immersive experience, rather than functioning solely as a simple exhibition hall.

Walking into the reception hall, visitors are greeted by the captivating golden-ribbon-shaped reception counter, designed to guide them into the space. The property model display area features an arc-shaped ceiling adorned with large areas of lighting membrane, creating a naturally lit environment. The negotiation area showcases a visually striking, giant white coffee bar entirely paved with BISAZZA mosaic, resembling a soft cloud that enhances the "museum" ambiance.

All materials used in the project are carefully selected with children in mind, prioritizing environmental and healthy options. The overall wall utilizes wood colors to emphasize a sense of nature, while large areas of gray terrazzo flooring convey integrity and a block-like aesthetic. Art paint is used to express the environmental theme and enhance visual effects, deepening the overall visual experience.

The project, realized between September 2019 and February 2020, is a fusion of innocence and modern art, aiming to inspire imagination and create a space that appeals to both children and adults. The unique approach to design and realization sets Nine Begonia apart as a reception center that offers more than just a typical sales environment.

Chief designer of Interior design: Jan Yan, Designer of Interior design: Jun Yu, Chief designer of Decoration design: Jalynn, and Designer of Decoration design: Yan Wu, are the talented individuals who contributed to bringing the Nine Begonia project to life.

The project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable design characteristics. This prestigious accolade highlights the project's exceptional level of excellence, technical prowess, and artistic skill.
