EMRE AYDIN Unveils Aquila: A Futuristic 106m Hydrogen Electric Yacht

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

EMRE AYDIN Introduces Aquila: A Revolutionary 106m Hydrogen Electric Yacht

Renowned designer EMRE AYDIN has unveiled Aquila, a groundbreaking 106m hydrogen electric yacht, inspired by the predator look of an eagle and cutting-edge technology. The Aquila concept, developed in Istanbul from January to July 2020, features a fully operational liquid hydrogen and fuel cell technology power system, setting new standards for luxury and sustainability at sea.

Derived from biomimicry and luxury lifestyles, Aquila's design combines predator-inspired exterior lines with a futuristic liquid hydrogen propulsion system, offering a range of 3800 nm and a maximum speed of 16.5 knots. The yacht boasts a guest capacity of 14 and a crew capacity of 29, along with innovative features such as a 8.5m limo tender and 4 wave runners.

EMRE AYDIN, born and raised in Istanbul, has a deep connection to the sea, which reflects in the Aquila design. The project has been recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Yacht and Marine Vessels Design category, celebrating its practicality, innovation, and contribution to a better world.
