Grande Development Limited Introduces The Carmel

Grande Development Limited is proud to present The Carmel, an exquisite interior design project that embodies tranquility and comfort. Completed in December 2020 in Hong Kong, this 1,722 square-feet residence was designed by Matthew Li to provide a relaxing retreat for a busy family of three. Inspired by foreign resort houses, the design features a white and wood palette, large windows, and high ceilings to create a spacious and serene atmosphere.

The open plan living and dining area encourages family interaction, while the addition of a game room and study room allows for private activities without disrupting the overall harmony. The all-white palette is complemented by light oak furniture, strategically placed to maintain a consistent and soothing ambiance. Despite the challenge of creating a vibrant space with an all-white palette, the designer incorporated ceiling lights, colorful accents, and clever storage solutions to add warmth and functionality to the design.
